Harpactira chrysogaster Tarantula for sale

This gorgeous species from South Africa is one of the rarest in the Harpactira genus. Both males and females feature a striking gold ring around the carapace and a bright orange abdomen, contrasted by a dark carapace and legs. Due to the limited number of individuals in captivity, this tarantula is hard to source.

Slings start off darker with subtle metallic coloration, but as they mature, they develop vibrant adult colors with an incredible orange-and-black contrast. Like most Harpactira species, this baboon tarantula is a heavy Webber and has a medium growth rate.
